Our Establishment Story

In the light of the strategic goals and values of Yildizlar Yatirim Holding, the idea of establishing the academy, which emerged with the vision that all employees should develop, prepare for the future and transform the institution into a learning organization, was realized with the sowing of the first seeds in September 2017.

In order to establish the academy on solid foundations, a project group involving many managers was formed, and after meticulous research, cooperation was made with Sabancı University Executive Development Unit on the establishment of the academy and studies were started.

While these studies were ongoing, the academy was positioned as a department affiliated to the board of directors under the umbrella of Yildizlar Yatirim Holding in April 2018 and a team was established.

Following the completion of the establishment process, Academy Yildiz started its studies on April 13, 2019, by opening four schools, each offering a different development opportunity with the slogan "Learn... Improve... Make a Difference!".
